Only 10km from Baska, 2 Km from Krk, in nice bay of Dunat, theres a sporting centre on the sea where you can enjoy the SKI-LIFT.
Cable Krk is located as centrally on the island Krk as it gets; two kilometers after the main town of Krk and two kilometers before the only island's proper marina, Punat.
Cable Krk is a product of SE·SI·TEC, established German manufacturer of cable wakeboard and waterski systems. This is a 5-cornered cableway with seven carriers, powered by electric motor of 37 kW. It is 650 meters long, and the usual speed is 30-32 km/h, convenient for beginners and experts.
Cable Krk is open every year from the Easter weekend till the last weekend in September.

ARE YOU ONE SURF FAN?
Did you know that the island of Krk definitely is a good place to windsurf, and depending on your surfing skills you can choose between two locations: Baka and Punat. Since a strong bura blows directly towards Baka from direction of Senj, wind speed often reaches up to 27 to 30 notches, and the waves rise up to 1,5 m thus creating heavenly conditions for windsurfing on short boards for professionals.
Spend your day surfing on waves in Baka.
